NEW SFNAZ Church Board MEMBERS
Jeanette Aronson
Married to Tracy, 2 children (Brendan and Robert).
Jeanette has helped with children quizzing, helped substitute teach Sunday school and work in the nursery. She has also taught in the adult Remedy class and is involved in Woman’s Ministry.
Her family is active in children outreach ministries and has participated in Thanksgiving Meal deliveries. They are also part of a small group.
Rusty Roth
Married to Jordan, 4 children (Gracelyn, Gabriel, Benjamin, and Hannah).
Over the years, Rusty has served on the Church Board. He has also been involved in Youth Ministry, Children & Preteen Ministries, Young Married, as well as College-Age Young Adult Ministries.
lANCE mARQUARDT
Married to Jayme, 3 children (Maycee, Avery, and Logan)
Lance grew up in the Connell Church of Nazarene for his entire childhood and his grandparents/aunts and uncles have all been and are part of the Lewiston Church of the Nazarene.
Lance & Jayme have been part of the “Remedy Group” since its inception and have taught multiple lessons/series over the years. They have also been active in Children & Preteen Ministries.

Married to Janet, 3 married children, 8 grandchildren.
Dwight moved to Spokane 33 years ago from Eugene Oregon.
Dwight has served on the Church Board as trustee and steward. He has been active in Children & Preteen Ministries as well as Youth Ministries. He has also helped with the building & grounds maintenance.

Married to Jana, with one son, Tyler who is currently a student at Northwest Nazarene University.
Jeff and his extended family have been deeply involved in missions in the Church of the Nazarene. Jeff himself has been a part of several Work & Witness trips to various places around the world.
Jeff has previously served as the NMI Council President.

Log on a few minutes before 9:30am and look for the LIVE notification.
With the recent updates to the Washington State COVID-19 Guidelines, we wanted to take a moment to update you on our plans to gather for worship. We will continue to meet in-person at 9:30am in the gym, we will also continue to live stream this service through Facebook and YouTube. We thank you in advance for your understanding as we do our best to accommodate the statewide efforts to slow the rapid spread of the virus in our community. For those who choose to join us in person, please come wearing a mask, practice social distancing, and sit together as families. If you do not have a mask, one will be provided for you. If you don’t feel well, have a fever, or know you have been exposed to COVID-19, we kindly ask you to please stay home. We look forward to worshiping our Lord Jesus Christ together, both in-person and online!

3/20: NW District Zone Qualifier Quiz Meet (Spokane Valley Naz)
- Please be in prayer for our quiz team as they prepare for this quiz meet. Those that earn a silver award or higher will qualify for the NW District meet in April.
3/24: Hands and Feet Night
- We will be working with the teens again on our Hands and Feet Night for the month of March. We will continue to work on weaving our homeless mats in hopes that we can begin to distribute them in May or June to the community.
3/26: K-6thGrade Boys Dude Perfect Night 6-8pm
- Calling all 1st-6th grade boys! Come for some wild and crazy fun while we try some Dude Perfect tricks and challenges. RSVP @ hopet@sfnaz.org
Jesus Is The Light: Glow In The Dark Egg Hunt
John 8:12, Jesus says, “I am the light of the world. Whoever follows me will never walk in darkness, but will have the light of life.” At Easter, we celebrate the life that Jesus brings through his death and resurrection, and kids can learn more about how Jesus is the Light at our Glow in the Dark Easter Egg Hunt!

4/23: All Church Bob Ross Paint Night
This is an ALL church event for all ages! We will be painting one of Bob Ross’ paintings with Bob Ross himself (with the assistance of Karen Snyder) teaching the group on the big screen in our church gym. We will be seating families at their own tables and streaming the event for those who would like to stay home and participate.
This event cost $8 per person in order to cover the supplies (canvas, paint brushes, paint, etc.). If you are painting at home supplies will be available for pick up from the church on 4/21-22, 10am-2pm.
We will have child care for the little ones who are too young to fully participate with the painting project.
Seating is limited, so RSVP online, or contact the church office, deadline April 16th.

Looking Ahead: District NYI Breakthrough (Sat Mar 20)
This will be a hybrid event, both locally in person and online with our sister Northwest District churches. We will start at 9AM and plan to conclude about 11:30PM (you don’t have to stay the whole time).
