NW DISTRICT YOUNG ADULT SILVERWOOD TRIP ~ Saturday, August 20th
- This event is for young adults (ages 18-30) on the NW District to connect or reconnect with your district-wide young adults at Silverwood Theme Park! There is an option to stay overnight (Friday, 8/19, and Saturday, 8/20) at Coeur d’Alene Church of the Nazarene. The cost is $75 (includes park ticket and dinner in the park). SFNAZ MUSIC & DRAMA CLUB MUSICAL PERFORMANCE ~ Wednesday, August 31st – 7pm
- Join us for the performance of “STAR QUEST-Search for the Stolen Scriptures”, presented by the Summer Music & Drama Club. (*Please note: there will be no regular Wednesday activities for children.) Afterwards, join us on the back lawn to celebrate! We will have inflatables, popcorn, cotton candy, and other snacks!
ALL-CHURCH WORSHIP SERVICE AT CAMP LUTHERHAVEN ~ Sunday, September 4th – 11am
- We will have transportation available for anyone who would like to join us at Camp Lutherhaven for Worship Service. David Dixon will be leading worship and Pastor Shawn Stevenson will be preaching. Afterwards stay for a BBQ and some lake fun. This will take the place of our regular Sunday service and there will be no church service at the building. Please sign up at the All-Church kiosk so transportation and meals can be arranged.
SFNAZ FAMILY CAMP ~ September 2nd – 5th (Camp Lutherhaven)
- RV & Camping Sites still available! Register online @ https://sfnaz.org/events/allchurchcampout/
- We will once again be at Camp Lutherhaven on CDA lake. The David Dixon will lead worship & Pastor Shawn will be preaching. We will have group activities such as: archery, rock climbing wall, ropes course, kayaks, paddle boards, canoes with lifeguards.

children’s ministries
NURSERY NEEDS
- We are in need of volunteers to help hold/play with babies and toddlers on Sundays and Wednesdays. We would like to continue with a co-op style system. If you have children in children’s dept. we would ask you to give an occasional Sunday to serve.
CHILDREN’S MINISTRIES VOLUNTEERS NEEDED
- We have been so blessed to have a growing children’s ministry department. With that growth in the ministry we are in desperate need of volunteers to continue the ministry to our children and pre-teens. If you can give of your time (one or two times a month), please contact Jordan Roth (jordanr@sfnaz.org)

- Mystery Island: Discovering the One True God (Preschool/Kindergarten): Come have some island fun while discovering the biblical truths about our Almighty God! We will have new songs, crafts, and fun tropical snacks!

- August 10 – EXTREME Yard Games: Come for some amazing EXTREME & CRAZY games on the back lawn.
- August 17 – Superhero Night: Come dressed in your favorite superhero costume. The best costume will receive a prize. We will have superhero games and crafts.
- August 24 – Science Fun Night: Come ready to have fun with science!
- August 31 – Music & Drama Performance and Celebration (7pm-9pm): Invite your family and friends to join us for the performance of STAR QUEST-Search for the Stolen Scriptures. Afterwards we will have a celebration on the back lawn with popcorn, cotton candy, & water inflatables!

- Are you a techie or creative person, or both? We are always looking to train additional people how to run our sound system and live streaming system. Or are you interested in helping us create video content to use online or during services let’s talk!
