Believe Admit Switch Express
Believe God made you to love you and live for His purposes.
“Everything got started in God and finds its purpose in Him”
“Long before God laid down earth’s foundations, he had us in mind,
and settled on us as the focus of His love.”
2 Cor 5:5, Now it is God who has made us for this very purpose and has
given us the Spirit as a deposit, guaranteeing what is to come.
Admit we live for ourselves, then accept God’s free forgiveness,
paid for by Jesus.
“We’re all like sheep who’ve wandered off and gotten lost. We’ve all
done our own thing, gone our own way. But God has piled all of our
sins, everything we’ve done wrong on Jesus.”
“Jesus personally carried the load of our sins in His own body when He
died on the cross so we can be finished with sin and live a good life
from now on.”
Isa 53:4-7, Surely he took up our infirmities and carried our sorrows, yet we
considered him stricken by God, smitten by him, and afflicted. But he
was pierced for our transgressions, he was crushed for our iniquities;
the punishment that brought us peace was upon him, and by his
wounds we are healed.
We all, like sheep, have gone astray, each of us has turned to his own
way; and the LORD has laid on him the iniquity of us all.
Switch to living for God’s purposes for my life.
“Give yourselves to God, and surrender your whole being to Him to be
used for righteous purposes.”
Ps 37:5-6, Commit your way to the LORD; trust in him and he will do this:
He will make your righteousness shine like the dawn, the justice of your
cause like the noonday sun.
Express your desire for Jesus to be the Lord or leader of your life.
“You will be saved, if you honestly say ’Jesus is Lord’, and if you believe
with all of your heart that God raised Him from death.”
Rom 10:8, But what does it say? “The word is near you; it is in your mouth
and in your heart,” (13) for, “Everyone who calls on the name of the
Lord will be saved.”
