🌍 August Missions Corner

Emphasis: The LINKS Program
Loving – Interested – Nazarenes – Knowing – Sharing

💌 What is LINKS?

The LINKS program (now often called Care & Connection) is an initiative of Nazarene Missions International (NMI), part of the Church of the Nazarene. Its purpose is to create personal, meaningful connections between local Nazarene churches and missionaries serving around the world.

Through prayer, correspondence, and practical support—such as sending gifts or care packages—churches actively participate in global missions. Missionaries are assigned to specific districts, helping strengthen the bond between the missionary and local congregations.

These relationships lead to deeper engagement through:

  • Regular mission field updates
  • Ongoing communication
  • Opportunities to host missionaries during home assignments
