MISSIONS CORNER

🌍 NMI July Emphasis: International Ministries, Bible Schools, and Seminaries

This month, we focus on supporting the global educational institutions of the Church of the Nazarene that train Preachers, Teachers, Evangelists, and other leaders. July is a time to pray for, engage with, and support these vital ministries.

📚 Spotlight on International Ministries

  • Training Leaders in Mesoamerica
Over 70 leaders from Nazarene Compassionate Ministries, Nazarene Discipleship International, Nazarene Missions International, and Nazarene Youth International gathered with pastors and the District Superintendent to “Strengthen the Call” to missions through integrated ministry efforts.
  • Brazil’s “I See a Church” Immersion
The Seminário Teológico Nazareno do Brazil hosted its third “I See a Church” pastoral training immersion from April 15–26, 2025, continuing its commitment to developing strong ministry leaders.
  • Tech Upgrades in Indonesia
A missions team from Global Missions and the Asia-Pacific Region IT office upgraded the Indonesia Nazarene Theological College’s internet and installed a smart classroom to enhance theological education.

❤️ Chen Church’s Heart for Myanmar

On May 16, 2025, the Myanmar Central District’s Nazarene Compassionate Ministries completed its fourth round of earthquake relief efforts. These acts of compassion continue to open doors for the Gospel among families facing trauma, fear, and loss.
