Thank you for the kindness you extended to Cas and me and the rest of the staff this past month. The encouragement you gave through the cards and gifts lifted our hearts and blessed us. THANKSGIVING MEALS FOR EVERGREEN FAMILIES
We are partnering with Evergreen Elementary School again this year to help bless families in need with a Thanksgiving meal. If you would like to make a donation, pick up a shopping list from the Information Counter. If you would rather make a monetary donation and have us do the shopping, please mark your check “Thanksgiving Meals”. All donations need to be received at the church by Monday, November 18th. Keep your eyes open for other ways we will be helping Evergreen Elementary this holiday season.
LOCAL FOOD PANTRY NEEDS
You may or may not know that our church has a small food pantry. We have food available for our church family and the community. We also serve the homeless who might stop by the office with immediate needs. We will be accepting donations of the following items to restock the pantry.

Lots of volunteers are needed to make Breakfast with Santa a success! Breakfast will be served to volunteers before the event. Please wear your favorite festive gear (holiday sweater, Santa hat, silly headband, etc.) and come spread some Christmas cheer! Sign up on church center or at the information counter.
BREAKFAST WITH SANTA | Saturday, December 7th – 9a
Come and have breakfast with Santa! Admission includes a family photo with Santa & Mrs. Claus! Doors open at 9am and breakfast will be served at 9:30am. For ticket pricing or complete details, pick up a flyer in the Holy Grounds.

MISSIONS CORNER

Alabaster offering
Thank you church for your generous giving for Alabaster. The wheelbarrow campaign raised an astounding $4,037.71. Thank you! As you know these funds are used to build or rebuild buildings on the missionary field.
Myanmar church building dedicated thanks to Alabaster and its generous gifts.
The Southeast Asia Field dedicated the church building of Yangon Christian Fellowship in September. This building became possible through funding from Alabaster Offerings and generous gifts from to South Korean churches.
Church of the Nazarene continues response to crisis in Middle East
In recent weeks and months, conflict in the Middle East has led to loss of life, destruction of homes and businesses, and widespread fear. The Church of the Nazarene is present in Lebanon, Israel, and other parts of the Middle East, with each church seeking to be a source of compassion and love for its neighbors.
Mexico-Nazarene’s respond following hurricane John damage
Hurricane John struck the southern coast of Mexico on September 23rd as a Category 3 storm. The Church of the Nazarene in Acapulco and Ciudad Altamirano mobilized to respond to the crisis through Nazarene compassionate Ministries.
Hurricane Helene causes devastating destruction in multiple States
Hurricane Helene made landfall in the Big Bend area of Florida late on September 26th as a category 4 storm. Carving a destructive path through much of the Southeastern United States. Nazarene disaster response teams are responding in the aftermath of Helene to provide relief and recovery.

New Church of the Nazarene organized in North Sumatra
On September 8, 2024, the Church of the Nazarene celebrated a significant milestone in Indonesia by organizing the Ekklesia Church of the Nazarene in Pekanbaru, North Sumatra. It is the first Church of the Nazarene in Pekanbaru.
